Welcome to Year 1

Year 1 is taught by Mrs Crabtree and Mrs Whittaker and is supported by Mrs Hampton.

 
In Year 1 we aim to build on the knowledge and skills gained in Foundation Stage and encourage children to become increasingly independent in the way they think and learn. During the Autumn Term children are still able to access a curriculum, which provides opportunities for continuous provision which promotes independent learning.
